  Lincoln Lending was amazing! Whenever I had a questions I could just call up Frank Coto and Jeff Sebring or anyone on his team and they would help me with whatever I needed. As a first time home buyer I was looking for someone who would be patient with me and my wife because I knew we would have a ton of questions and they did just that. They were very easy to work with and explained the whole process so my wife and I understood everything that was going on. I never felt uneasy about my decision to go with Lincoln Lending.

  I would highly recommend Lincoln Lending! After having a really bad experience with another mortgage broker Lincoln Lending came in and saved the day, making homeownership a reality for my husband and I. Great rates, excellent service and a knowledgeable staff. Heather, Ryan, and Frank have many years of experience combined. You can really count on them and trust them with your mortgage needs. I love Lincoln Lending, we would not have a home if it were not for them!!

  No doubt about it, using this lending group for the second time was even better than the first time years ago and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A billion thank you’s to Frank and his team.   This is the second time I have dealt with the Lincoln Lending Group. Just like the first time this was another amazing experience. They make you feel that you are their only customer. Anytime I had a question they were there to answer. I never was waiting for them to do anything most of the time they were waiting for me. I wish everything I had to deal with was this easy and smooth.

  Was very nervous being a first time home buyer and zero knowledge of what to expect. From the first conversation Jeff was always available to speak to and answer any question we had whether it was at midnight when a question popped up or even on a Sunday. He was always there to guide us and answer any question we had. Very satisfied and would highly recommend Lincoln lending!!
