  Won't cash a chase bank check written to cash even with proof of identity or the account holder giving verbal account identity. Was told one guy was the manager then another person come as the situation was not being resolved and says he's the manager. Was told to leave and the check thrown back at me. Horrible service I'll never deal with a chase bank after the served I recieved today.

  Chase has completely changed my view on banks. This branch in particular has some of the friendliest, most helpful individuals I have dealt with. They are eager and willing to help you and always have some great insight for you. They make banking enjoyable.

  great customer service whether you have big or small account. I transfered all my Big $$$$ from another bank and the financial adviser Mike and Linda were all a big help to me ... They really cared and listen to all your needs.. Great to be a Private Client!!!!

  Chase does not notarize non-bank related documents (e.g., wills, POAs, etc.), even for individuals that do have bank accounts with them. It is a corporate policy because they don't want their employees working on transactions that do not generate revenue for them. Another penny wise and pound foolish policy as I later went to another bank to get my documents notarized and soon will be moving my accounts away from Chase.

  Incompetent Staff & Bank - Fraudulent Offers Absolute idiots at Chase Bank. Zero customer service or any idea of what is going on within their organization. Both Patti and Yasni (branch manager) were zero help in assisting me. Chase closed on a JUMBO mortgage with me and then would not allow me to open deposit accounts. The reason I was going to switch banks was for the $300 new account bonus and $500 mortage and auto-pay tie in. I believe Chase is committing fraud through this practice because they never have to pay out if they don't allow you to open accounts. I have a 20 year banking relationship with US Bank and 800+ credit score. A combination of incompetent people and fraudulent policies established to dupe consumers. If you are smart, take your business elsewhere.

  Great place! All the bankers are very welcoming and they make you feel good. The bank manager is very kind to resolve any issues that may arrive. Thanks a lot guys!!

  Tellers are short and rude. I would never bank with chase if this is how they treat their clients.my mother was being extremely friendly with one of the tellers and all she received from the teller was the cold shoulder.

  Drive through is super slower, I'm talking like over 15 minutes to make two deposits and get change. This happens every time. It doesn't seem like it's the workers fault just look like there should be more people working
