  I had 3 recalls on my BMW so I brought it in to Motorwerks. They did the recalls and a 9 point check. When I left, my car was downshifting very hard and jerking. Also the check engine light was on, which it wasn't previous to bringing it in. I brought it back and they took care of the problems which was a plug that wasn't all the way in. They were very professional and were very accommodating to my needs. The assistant that I spoke with was the best!
