Kate Jansen1I will not be taking my vehicle back to this dealership for service ... My complaint is most likely a common one, but a relevant one. I bought into the Buy Happy "deal" not thinking correctly. If you require synthetic oil, the "free" oil changes become $20 off discounted oil changes. Partially my fault for not thinking, but definitely a waste of money because the cost of the service at the dealership is obviously over priced to begin with. More importantly, though, I have waiting for two hours TWICE for an oil change ....... What. Not going back.

Tim Montgomery1Brought my car in to Morrie’s for them to finalize a purchase on May 24. I had previously brought my vehicle in for them to give me an estimate in April, and was given a written quote from Jim. I contacted Jim earlier this week to confirm the original offer and he said to bring the car in with the title, keys, etc. and they would produce the documents and check to complete the transaction. When I arrived he explained his “used car manager” would inspect the car. After his manager looked at the car and took a short drive I was taken into his office where they told me they could no longer offer me the original price, but $1500 less due to the “lateness in year to sell a sports car”. (It’s May) Total bait and switch, tag team car dealer transaction that gives their profession such a bad name. My advice, stay away from this dealership.

Todd Leadens4If I could afford any of these cars, I'd probably but then from here. The staff was very respectful and understood we were there to look at our 'someday cars'. They had a great selection of used cars too, including 2 of my favorites. If I ever get the chance to buy one, I'll update my review.

Micheall Johnston2I do not know how this dealer operates, I find it very possible that have some serious issues with there operations. I took a car in for service and the service manager was very rude and not considerate in dealing with customers. I also was looking for another car with, a possible trade in and the sale staff starting getting, in to my personal business and asking questions that they are not suppose to ask. I spoke to the dealer officer angel and it seems the dealership does not have great business practices and opportunities. I would really think it is very best to go to Chicago or elsewhere to get a vehicle to avoid strangers putting you or your business down.

Jay.Sonali Bhatnagar4Jan-12-2018 As a new customer to Morries Luxury Auto this has been quite an experience to be honest, the journey of this was rather unplanned and unexpected as I planned on traveling to a nearby dealership for a test drive of a Jaguar F-Pace, before a Aston Martin was suggested based on previous searches that I would end up here. This is the beginning of many reviews that shall be shared with the average clientele, about the service provided by representatives of Luxury Auto. In the real world, the saying “one bad apple spoils the basket”, could be the similar situation for some of the previous posts on the web from an individual experience and perspective. It is just in that similarity that I shall be posting unbiased reviews about this business along with its associates and their service to the general clientele. As stated in some of the negative experience listed on some sites however other sites have glorified reviews of boasting service recognizing and applauding certain candidates for their dedicated service. In a similar manner so far it has been close to a month where I have received service from sales to finance as well as their Service area manager. My first means of contact was Erin Plese-Mosher, who helped me locate a vehicle of my choice however due to unseen circumstances the vehicle was sold by the time a decision could have been made. It was within the next 24 hours I was contacted by Bryce Motschenbacher a sales agent who went above and beyond to ensure that my search for the vehicle was easier, and even offered to show me the vehicle at my convenience and place due to certain limitations and time constraints. Bryce M, has exceeded our expectations and gone above and beyond on sales, and ensured honest opinion and feedback was given. As stated this is the first of many, to help the clientele understand the service from start of sale to every area of service. The next planned review shall be on the 1st scheduled service.

Elizabeth Ann1Sad to see an 'ultra luxury' dealership be run like the average CarMax. Apparently the demographics of the target buyer for these cars doesn't matter anymore. The store used to be run better. Everything has gone downhill in the last year. I have worked with Jon Reyerson in the past and have purchased a few cars from him. Then a week ago, i messaged him asking about looking for a specific make and model car that I am interested in. I was told that he was let go. He was one of their best sales people! I don't know what Karl Schmidt is doing (cocaine or acid maybe? might explain why he has a strung-out look all the time) with this company now but it certainly isn't benefitting the luxury store. Well at least Jon Reyerson can still find me the cars I want. Morrie's will just no longer benefit.

Steven Hirsch5Just recently purchased a 2012 Aston Martin Virage from Morrie’s Luxury Auto. My salesman was Jon Reyerson. I live in NJ and have never purchased a car sight unseen. Jon promised he would be my eyes and inspect the car as if it was his. Even though I saw pictures and videos, when the car arrived it exceeded all my expectations – it was gorgeous. It looked brand new and the few cosmetic issues that Jon had mentioned had all been repaired as promised. The paper work was completed by Sara Blatz and sent to me via FedEx just for signatures. MLA also arranged for the car to be shipped to my home. It has never been so easy to purchase a car. Like I previously stated I’ve never purchased a car unseen. The team I worked with were extremely friendly and professional. Truth is when I need to replace my wife’s car next year I will first begin my search with MLA.
