Kelly Exum5Walked into Morrie's Cadillac and was greeted by a young man Aaron. Very personalable, experienced and knowledgeable about all the vehicles. Told him what was wanted in the vehicle and actually told him which SUV we wanted. He searched the lot and found one immediately! He went along for the test drive explaining the bells and ringers that this vehicle has. Lovin the white exterior, the double sunroof, the leather interior....love everything about it! He hit the mark and made us a very happy customer. Thank you Aaron for your professionalism, help with setting up On Star and having it looking like a shiny new penny before we drove it out of the lot. Would definately steer anyone who wants a Cadillac to Morrie's off 394 and talk to Aaron for amazing vehicles and prices.

Josh Mix2Our salesman Don was great, it was the service center that had me very concerned. I was looking at buying a used vehicle but unfortunately the "inspection and detailing" they did was misleading at best. What's funny is they provide access to a carfax that states this vehicle has an unfixed recall yet the dealer says there isn't a recall. Tires were near bald on inner and outer edges with some tread in the middle but dealer only wrote an inflated tread depth based off the higher tread left in the center of the tire. These are things I consider potentially dangerous since it is being hidden in paperwork. I would not trust this dealer. Not the sales guys fault at all, just a shady and/or lazy inspection!

Nick Elle3Update, they are planning to reimburse the cost of the filters and asked I update these reviews to be more positive. I guess my labor is free. Have some regrets buying from here instead of carmax. Their reconditioning of used vehicles isn't the best. Apparently leaves in a dusty air filter don't require changing. Pretty sure it was the original toyota filter. You guys do a how many point inspection for your used vehicles? After speaking with a friend who works at a different dealership in the service department he told me it's industry standard to replace the air filter during reconditioning. In addition to that he pointed out the battery terminals were sloppily cleaned. Update, just pulled the cabin filter and it is black and had pine needles and rocks in it. This is yet another item that should have been replaced. Simple inexpensive items are not things any buyer should have to replace immediately after a vehicle purchase.

Donald Huizenga5Having purchased 4 other vehicles from a competing dealership, I thought I would go into Morries Cadillac and give them a quick shop. I knew what I wanted, am an educated buyer, knew what my lease trade was worth, and wanted to see if Morries would be upfront, fair and honest. My other dealer was taking advantage of my loyalty and I did not think I was getting the best available deal on a new CTS. I was surprised at just how accurate they were with the values, pricing, etc. I knew what my trade was worth, I knew what I should expect to pay for the new car, and I knew where they should be at on price and payments. The first time Chris called me back with numbers, I also knew they were giving me exactly what I wanted. No haggling, no "can't you give me more on my trade". Loved the experience. We actually settled on a car and a price via a phone call the same night....and I went in to sign papers and pick up the car, which until then, I hadn't actually even seen yet. I didn't need to. Everything was so well done up to that point that the actual car almost didn't even matter! I am now a new fan of Morries. I haven't had service yet, but I can assume that the level of honest interaction I experienced during the sale will be continued if I need service. The whole process was so seamless and uneventful that I almost forgot I was buying a new car. So thank you to Chris Wanker and his sales support team for getting me the right car for my wife. She LOVES the car...and is very happy! I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had at Morries. It was refreshing to see that car buying can be an open and honest and efficient ordeal. Nice job!

S1Initially they were super helpful and friendly. But after I left the place with a vehicle purchased and money signed over, salesman Knowles service became non existent. He was supposed to order a new part for the vehicle. He called and told me the part came in, called the place said the never even got a request to order the part. Tried to call the salesman to get it figured out, always sent to voicemail or it just rang and rang. Been 5 months of trying and still haven't gotten response. Then part of the package was free oil changes at their service center. All well and good, except they didn't put the oil reservoir screw cap back on and left it loose in the engine compartment. The piece broke, im guessing when they closed the hood, and they wouldn't replace it. In addition to that, they also claimed they filled all the fluids, but when I went to jiffy lube, they said almost all my fluids but oil and windshield washer fluid were almost bone dry and could have severely wrecked my engine.
