  This is our second car purchased at Morrie’s Minnetonka Ford. We’ve had two great experiences with Morrie’s and this won’t be the last.   I had to get my windshield wiper fluid back working. It wasn’t coming out. I waited about ten minutes and it was fixed. Dan K. Is the best , most polite and courteous service person there. I’ve been going to him for years.

  Didn’t even look at my car the first day I had an appointment. They were thorough in the service and repairs. I was disappointed they didn’t even wash my car after having it for 5 days.

  The service advisor was very rude and dismissive of me. I was so taken aback by his attitude and actions I went to the manager on duty to report the issue. The new guy manager went to him immediately to find out what the service advisor issue was to no avail. The service advisor told the manager that he is not doing anything so it was a odd outcome.

  I bought a 2017 f-150 that we had leased three years ago and was working with Casey who helped me out with a high degree of professionalism throughout the process, of which was smooth and timely!   Derek at Morries service walked through the work and service. He showed me the condition of my tires were in a acceptable range for tread. He inflated the tires to an even psi. He checked for signs of leaks under the vehicle and topped off all fluids. Thank you

  Morries offers a broad range of after sale products for the long term value of your vehicle. I choose mud flaps, bed liner , clear coat protection, under body rust inhibitor, and a folding bed cover. All went smoothly and my vehicle was returned in great shape. Im looking forward to years of great service for my Ford F-250 from the great people at Morries Ford Minnetonka.

  I purchased a Cadillac from Land Rover jaguar that had issues right away. I brought it to Morries and they had to replace my entire transfer case. Thank you to those @morries Cadillac for honoring your 60k power train warranty. The vehicle now rides as a Cadillac should! If I had to do it all over again, I would have bought from Morries to begin with. Tyler was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable.
