  I was so concerned about finding a broker and lender for my recent home purchase. I researched lots and found Josh to have amazing reviews. I was skeptical going in but realized the reviewers aren’t lying. His responses generally took minutes or hours not days. The document upload process was secure and easy. The communication was amazing. And I cannot say thank you enough to share my gratitude for making this the least stressful process of home purchasing for me. Seriously so easy.   Joshua McNew helped me with my mortgage when I purchased my home several years ago and he was excellent to work with back then. So when I decided to refinance I did some digging and found out he had started his own mortgage company. I reached out to discuss my refinancing options and I'm so glad I did. Once again he did an excellent job walking me through the process and answering all of my questions in a timely manner. I will continue to use Mortgage Partners of Texas for all of my future mortgage needs and will definitely be referring all of my friends and family to them.

He was so helpful, had to walk me through so much of the process and did so with patience and expertise. And then on top of that he saved me a ton of money on my monthly mortgage with my refinance.   With minimal knowledge about the home buying process the team at Mortgage Partners of Texas were able to help eliminate the difficulty and challenges many friends & family have described in the current real estate market. It was very clear after an initial conversation that the professionals at this firm had the expertise, honesty, and transparency that you would want to put your trust with when you are making one of the bigger purchases in your lifetime. They responded very quickly and helped remove any confusion and would provide PLENTY of resources to help you every step of the way. I am sure you could go and get a good rate with a lot of other lenders but at the end of the day I am more concerned about with the relationship / respect / help of the people I am working with than saving a few dollars down the road. I heard about these folks through a recommendation and could not have been happier about my decision to reach out ! Thank you for all your help through this stressful / exciting process !

  What can I say about Josh and his loyalty to his clients. He went above and beyond for my buyer client and made sure that we were well taken care of. His responsiveness is what struck me the most. This guy seem to be at reach 24/7 which is every REALTORs dream. With it being my first real estate transaction, he had all the patience in the world to make sure my buyer and I understood the ins and outs of the lending process.   Professional, super responsive, and nice people to work with. They made our house buying process a breeze.   I recently was referred to Joshua McNew with Mortgage Partners of Texas by a friend of mine. My initial impression of Josh was calm, cool, and collected. He was extremely easy to speak with, friendly, and informative. After my initial contact, Josh always answered every call I made and any texts or emails sent were replied to same-day. But of course, it isn't all customer service, is it? While I enjoyed working with Josh, he was also able to secure for me the most competitive interest rate for my refi. Something I found very interesting was their upfront willingness to pay down interest rates on the behalf of the customer. Of the two other lenders I spoke with prior to deciding to use Mortgage Partners of Texas, neither one of them offered that up front. So here I was getting a similar interest deal without having to pay the burden of points! I asked Josh how this is even profitable for him and he very transparently said that he calls the shots on how much money he's willing to make on a deal and he decided it's worth more to him as a good business owner to offer this incentive to customers. While home loan lending will always be a competitive market, I think it's extremely wise to call multiple lenders to get a feel for their product offerings. I'd encourage you to ensure at least one of your phone calls is to Josh at Mortgage Partners of Texas. I'm willing to bet that he'll take just as good care of you as he did me!

  Josh McNew is the man you want by your side navigating the home loan process. Buying a home can be an extremely stressful process and he always made himself available to answer any questions and concerns that inevitably pop up during the process. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and treats you like a person and not just a number. Let's not forget that he will get you a very competitive loan product as he works with multiple lenders. You can bet that I will be calling him again should I need another mortgage loan in the future. Excellent Job
