      Had a great notary service experience at this location. Jose was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and quick. He even walked me to the door and opened it because I had a stroller with a baby and my 6 year old daughter who has autism. She had a meltdown and Jose was understanding and comforting. I appreciate it a lot . Thank you Jose and Bank of America. My bank never disappoints me :-)

      Awesome customer service. Came in with no appointment because online told us only walk in, so walked in and the only time we could talk to someone was in 3 hours but in 3 hours was a dentist appointment I had for my daughter so we had to cancel 1 of the 2. Lola (associate) heard us canceling the appointment and she told us not to that she was going to help us in a better timely manner. She was awesome. Came out of there and straight to the dentist appointment. So happy she saved the day even when she was on short staff due to Covid-19.

      Just spent 3 hours on hold. Then called around. Everyone was busy so, go online and get help. I was online that is why I was calling. Transactions weren't posted and automatic deposit was still processing from 1/1/22. It is now 1:46. Still waiting to see posts. Tomorrow I guess I will have to go tomorrow to bank with 60 Staples in my stomach.

      Tellers no longer work at this location: all transactions are directed to the Accessory To Mugging (ATM) that is located outside. If someone wishes to do business inside the lobby, they need to schedule an appointment to speak with a banker. This level of service is clearly frustrating and exceptionally disappointing from this location and branch. And this is nothing new - it’s been going on for YEARS. Either this location should be closed PERMANENTLY by BofA corporate or this location needs to be given the labor dollars to support this branch’s daily traffic and banking needs. This branch is located in a high traffic, high velocity area. Residents and businesses in this area rely on BofA for their banking needs and this location NEEDS to support them better. There is simply NO excuse.

      I can't give a lower rating, or I would. And this applies to all BOA in Frisco. It's not only that they don't have enough tellers, they have no tellers. How is a business supposed to do business when we can't deposit money or get change? Make an appointment you say? Still can't deposit money or get change even if we could get an appointment, which we can't. Night Deposit key? Great Idea but again, can't get change and can't get an appointment to get one! Y'all need to figure it out, or shut it down so my company is forced to change banks! Enough is enough.

      Phillipe was just awesome and this is not first time. In adition ti Philippe they got some new staff and they all are customer oriented and helpful. Thank you I am here again and it was not a fluke,.Phillipe was again awesome amd I watched him for how long I was there and he is nice to everybody. Thank you BoA and thanks Phillipe

      Waited in line to speak to someone at front desk area but there was only one person there and a long line. A banker was walking around and asking people what they needed and helping them. He asked everyone except for me so I figured I’d wait until I got to the front for help. Another employee came to front and asked for next person and it was finally my turn, they told me only a banker could help but they would not speak to me. Will switch banks when I find another.
