  Great staff that know the true value of customer service.. Been to different shops and they aren't as clean and friendly as this shop.. Good merchandise at Fair prices. Highly recommend

  Is it possible to leave a zero-star review? The customer service was revolting. I will not only never be returning, but will make it a mission of mine to let everyone know not to buy or sell anything to or from these incompetent, rude, and disgraceful human beings. Shame on you.

  Never again. They act like the funds are coming out there pockets. This happened twice, I take something in for a loan and I get quoted way under then what should be loaned out. I took Ina 140 gr. Necklace and they were at $800. Other pawn shop did $1350 with no problems. The manager is a thief.

  Is this place open or closed? Do you not want my money? I walked in today to buy something and look around because the sign said OPEN. So I do not understand why you let me walk in with the door open and a big sign that says OPEN. It says OPEN ON GOOGLE. I wish i could give 0/5 for the rude guy in the front, horrible. Will never return, please beware if you ever want to stop buy, not sure if its open, closed or going down.

  One of my favorite pawnshops. John is awesome and always has good prices on his merchandise. I recommend all my friends to visit this location or any Money Mart Pawn & Jewelry location.

  I walked in with my fiance to look for an xbox 1 and we were greeted by friendly employees. Everyone was excellent, they answered all our questions and helped us in a timley manner. We will definitly be going back.

  This is one of the best pawn shops in San Antonio the employes always nice greating you as soon as you walk through the door.The manger is the best always got good deals. I always buy something because the prices are reasonable.

  Clean and organized pawn shop. I recently took some items to sell and the process was quick and easy. In and out in no time! The lady helping me could of been a little more cheerful!
