Gloria Zapata1Waited in line behind ONE car at the drive through for 25 minutes to make a cash deposit. I called the branch to ask if the drive through was closed and was told “it sure isn’t” (after many, many rings). Miraculously, the line moved less than 2 minutes after that 🤔. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for over 22 years, and moves to different cities, so I’ve been to LOTS of branches, and this is by far the slowest one ever. I’ve probably written 3 reviews in my life for any type of business or service, so it’s that frustrating at this bank.

Isabela Alonso1I’ve been waiting an hour through drive thru for commercial account! This is insane! There was only 5 cars ahead of me. You should treat commercial accounts with more priority, we don’t have an hour of the day to wait.

Cynthia Flores1Visited branch on Wednesday March 23 and was told I could not open a bank account as I have to set an appointment. Had an appointment today March 30th at 10am. I showed up at 9:50am and was asked to take a seat. I waited for 40 minutes and there still was no one available for me. I got up and left and at 10:34 was sent a messaged that I had missed my appointment. Can’t imagine banking at this place.

Keeley Valdez1This is by far the WORST Wells Fargo to go to in the NW San Antonio area. If you can absolutely avoid it, DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK. Every time my fiance or myself have visited this location we have had terrible service. The tellers here are inexperienced and have no idea what they are doing when it comes to personal banking accounts. Twice, they have messed up on our accounts saying we dont have access to our own checking, or we cant cash deposit a check, and it also takes them the better part of 30 MINUTES just to cash a check. The tellers are also rude and inconsiderate, and the management is no better than their employees. I will never EVER go back to this location and I hope corporate sees this and makes some major changes at this establishment. I love banking with Wells Fargo but this location just plain SUCKS.

Fidelia Sandoval1The Commercial Lane is always slow. I spend 30 minutes to an hour waiting, while the non-commercial lane comes and goes in 5 minutes. Courtesy is a big problem for Commercial laners at this Wells Fargo Bank
