  Walked in this location and right away was denied help, I used to manage a san antonio location for 10+years and never never treated customers like they did! Pawn shops are supposed to help people regardless of what they have, as long as its still worth money, in good/decent condition, working and not damaged. The store seemed emtpy which tells me there outstanding is not very high! Employees were all standing around not doing anything at all but talking, The counters were dirty with finger prints, a little trash on the floor,etc.....My merchandise was still worth $300 new, and they wouldn't even give me a $5 courtesy loan! Can you believe that! If I was the general manager of that place the outstanding would be very high and the store would not be empty! Some of these people take their jobs for granted, the owner of that location needs to seriously re-think who his/her management team is because they are costing that location tons of money each month. I guarantee you that if that was my location we would make that store some serious profit each month. YOu need to quit being so picky, and FYI gopros do not make video cameras that are 20 mega-pixels are higher. THEY HAVE BEEN 12 MEGAPIXELS SINCE LATE 2012 and continue to currently be 12mp. Please train your employees a little better before they make fools of themselves again!! And if anyone wants to borrow money on "ANY" action cameras, the will not take your video cameras at all unless they are 20 mega pixles! So according to their highly trained staff don't waste your time there unless your gopro is 20 megapixels are higher. You'll be waiting a few more years as gopros do not have the option of 20mp. I'd just go to another place down the road who will give you money for your merchandise and gopro cameras, action cameras, etc..... The others will appreciate you business and there stores are not empty at all and in fact are cleaner.

  Last time I'll go in there I have 3 perfectly fine guitar pedals 2 that take 9v batteries and I was told I need the power supply I bought these brand new at guitar center. They can take a hundred guitars and pedals right but not mine it's bs i recommend no one waste there time here

  Everytime I come here they are very helpful and understanding. The establishment is very clean to. I have been helped by Claudia multiple times and she is excellent.
