  I've been working with MM Lending for a year. They have been absolutely great to work with. Most hard money lenders promise you all sorts of things and never deliver on the any of their promises. That's something you can't say about MM Lending. They've over delivered and under promised, to say the least. My go to person is Wendy, she's been very informative. She answers all of my many questions, and even gives me great advice when needed. - Fast Response Time - Great Communication - 24 Hr Draw Request - Competitive Rates - Transparent - Quick Closing - Local - Friendly It doesn't get much better than this.   I can't say enough about MM Lending. They have financed most of my fix and flips. Mike & Wendy are accessible, communicative and easy to work with!   We purchased a home to rehab in February and used MM Lending for financing. Weeks later Covid and closures hit, creating numerous delays on our rehab. Throughout it all, Wendy and Mike have been understanding and supportive. From day 1, their lending process was easy and straightforward, and all rehab draws happened quickly.   MM lending has been great to work with. They funded my very first project and they were very easy to work with. With it being my first project, I could rely on Mike for a ton of advice and when the project went over budget it was a very easy process to get the necessary additional funding to successfully complete the rehab.
