  Phil and Liz were fantastic to work with. We had many, many questions as we are first time home buyers, and everything was explained to us in plain English. We got a great rate and were treated like Phil's number one priority. When a market situation that could have caused our interest rate to go up arose, Phil stayed on top of the situation. I realize that we are at the end of the day making a business transaction, but we were treated like friends throughout the entire process. We were told that if we had any questions even after closing that we could give Phil a call. Envoy was truly awesome to work with and I will be recommending them to anyone we know who is purchasing a home!

  With Envoy Mortgage I did a cash out refinance 75% LTV on one of my rentals and a home purchase 463K purchase with 20% down. These guys were great, super easy, communicated well, and did everything on a timely basis. No dragging their feet like you here about some lenders I had Amy as my loan processor on both loans who did an incredible job. My realtor thought they did a very good job of getting things done on a timely basis and good communication. Would use again in a heartbeat!
