  If you want the best rate and most responsive mortgage broker I cannot more highly recommend Travis Berkley with LighPoint! I have heard horror stories of people waiting on a broker to get a closing done but not with LighPoint. We purchased our home and refinanced with Travis and both times it was an easy and quick experience. Also we got the best rate possible.

  I had the pleasure of working with David B at lightpoint mortgage to assist me in purchasing a home. The process from start to finish was awesome. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and available for any questions that I had. David was easy to talk too. He followed the whole process through and I was able to close sooner than expected. Crystal B also did an excellent job getting me all the final information and documents that I needed before closing. Excellent costumer service from this company.

  The sale of our existing home out of state and purchase of our new home in Louisville happened in a whirlwind and we needed to get our loan moving and approved fast. Nobody could have prepared me for how stressful selling and buying at the same time could be but David and Crystal were patient and kept us informed and steady along with way. David got us a great interest rate and answered all our questions about mortgage lending and required items. Crystal, our loan processor, was great during those last days before closing when underwriters seemed to be nitpicking every detail, even with well-qualified borrowers like us. They all worked really hard to ensure that we closed easily and on-time after arriving in Louisville.
