  Jacob and Judie helped us with our relocation move to Louisville. They showed us 30+ houses over 2 weekends and never pressured or felt rushed or like we were wasting their time. They attended inspection for us and made sure everything was ready to go and close within 35 days. Financing in house with their sister company helps too, very smooth.

  If you buy from these people and you get Fred and Beverly Sapp you might as well switch realtors. Those people are criminals they will tell you what you want to here just so they can move you in. Plus once you buy the house they act clueless like they don't know whats gping on.I've put over $10,000 worth of home repairs and have only been there 3 years. There team that looked over the house before I moved in was awful. I'm not the only people that think there criminals do your research its out there.

I assure you that we hold our agents to the highest standards, and they would never intentionally put any of their clients in an unfavorable situation. Sadly, this is the unfortunate reality with older homes. Sometimes they will require more work than initially found in the inspection.   Jennifer is such a pleasure to work with. She is always pleasant and positive! She takes time to listen to your needs and wants and delivers. She is very knowledgeable, and if she doesn't have the answer, she will find out. Jennifer is always very prompt to respond, even after the sale is final. She really creates a relationship with her clients. I would absolutely recommend her!

  I have known Frank Weisberg, Ron Weisberg, Dave Parks, Judie Parks and Katie Price for years. These folks are some of the most professional people in business today. Pat Griesau was wonderful to deal with as well. We bought our home from her over 5years ago. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I would recommend these people to anyone looking for great representation in a real estate transaction.
