  Harry was the listing broker when I purchased my mixed use building in 2014. He was professional, on time, and very knowledgeable of the industry, particularly convenience stores and gas stations. He was a good mediator between the seller and I and I enjoyed the experience. So much so that when I was ready to sell the business in 2020, Harry was the only phone call I made. He represented me in the sale of the business and was equally a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable about how these transactions go, especially when ABC licenses are in play. He also knows a lot about SBA loans. I highly recommend Harry for any business transaction.
