  I visit this branch 3-4 times/week, and the employees are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. I'm fortunate this branch is close to our office, but it's worth the drive if you're located a little further away. You can count on these people to cheerfully assist you.

  Wow I haven’t been in Bank of America in long time but I had to make a cash deposit. I get there first thing when it opens and their system is down. And they couldn’t issue me a new card as I just opened a new saving a account online. A waste of time

  I came to cash a check with my passport card and they didn’t take it, I guess my passport it’s not a legal document ? Horrible experience, Poor management, I ve used my passport all the time to cash my checks and on this bank they didn’t accept it, not well trained. Horrible service. I WAS DISCRIMINATED

  Very poor customer service, I waiting in line almost for 45 minutes and only one cashier work :(

  They have closed all surrounding branches, but didn’t increase staff here, minimum wait is 45 minutes now a days.

  B of A just changed their check depositing and cashing policy again, almost as if to make it as inconvenient as possible. I'm a decade+ B of A customer, yet the policy for cashing any meaningful fraction of a check is riddled with prohibitions. Credit Unions keep looking better and better...

  This bank is great, all the staff are very friendly and helpful , especially Vivian and Renee help me a lot. Really enjoy the service there.

  Nice Location.... Me and My Wife opened up a Business Checking Account here.. Joyce and her Manager gave us outstanding customer service... They helped us pick out the right account based on our goals... "Kudos to all the staff that made our experience enjoyable"
