  This is a peopleless center. If you need ATM, this is the place. No tellers or other people work at this location. You will need to insert A BOA card in order to get inside the building. There are 3 ATM machines and two conference rooms. It seems an account needs to be registered to use the conference rooms.

  I like this location, why? Not many people use it and there isn't a line, right now with covid allot of customers are going to the bank as well as unemployment being paid thru Bank of America. You use your card to gain access, and I work in Fremont around 2am and will stop here to get cash. So it is always open for the atm use. There are no tellers or anyone to speak with. It's feels secure ,for access 😁 is limited to card holders

  All real Bank Of Americas close at 5PM This is not a Real bank. This is an ATM machine and a Room with Video conference capability to do who knows what. Don't be like hoping to get here before 6PM for a teller transaction. It is not a real bank.

  There are no humans here, so why 9 to 5 hours? Computers don't need to sleep or eat or go home to their families. Why not 24/7?!

  Cool concept but this place is absolutely infested with ants! There is thousands of ants crawling against the corners all the way through the bathroom! I have visited multiple times the last couple months and it has been the same. They have done nothing about it. It’s disgusting.
