  Really bad customer service. I had appt at 11:45am. And I arrived at 11:30am. They keep skipping me until 12:30pm. I waste my time on the couch for 1 hr. And other customers came after me also get served before me. It is ridiculous.

  Service was average. Took almost 1 hour to open a CD account from existing savings account. They didn't have much idea about Green Card and that it can be used as an ID proof. They were insisting on the drivers license and passport. It took them a while to figure that Green Card can be used as an ID proof.

  Came here wanting to break some bills. In the past they have been helpful but suddenly it is now required that you bring your bank card to do anything.

  Overall services are Good. ATM works perfect. Tellers are Ok. But some of the bankers are not that cooperative.

  All Chinese/Japanese staff....Good for quick discussion or account management. + quick ATM stop :)

  They .. NEVER... EVER... EVER answer their 'branch' telephone line. Don't bother.
