  While in the process of getting a new car, Eduardo Alvarez helped us with our car loan. Anytime we had a question, he was extremely responsive and kept us updated whenever part of the process went through or was approved. We had a great experience with him and got a good interest rate here compared to the dealership!

  I was shopping for my car mortgage and one of my friend referred TechCu . Eduardo Alvarez helped me with processing my car loan with all needed details and processed in approval was done within a week . Eduardo Alvarez is very prompt in responding and answering to all my queries and follow up constantly to make sure The loan is processed fast to get better rates .   The only reason I am giving them a 5 star review is solely do to Kenneth Morales. What an amazing young man. If everyone was like this at techcu I might reconsider staying. He is very prompt, understanding and most of all compassionate with the issues I have expressed. You got an awesome employee here on the track to do some great things in customer service. I will only be coming to this branch, even if it is 25 minutes out of my way. Thank you for lifting up my day and believing there is people that actually care at TechCu

  I needed some help with some specialized banking activity that required a number of forms to be filled out correctly. The Technology Credit Union representative Stephanie Waddel in the Fremont office helped me with everything to make sure that I had the correct forms filled in properly and signatures validated as needed. Stephanie was very patient with me and thorough. We were able to get the forms done correctly and everything went smoothly with no problems. Five Starts to Stephanie!

  I don't recommend this place at all. They are very unorganized. We applied for refinancing more than a month ago and they haven't even process our documents yet. Interestingly I keep pushing them to process my documents and I get a call from different person every time. First, I worked with Joe who left the company. Then I worked with Khatica(something like that). And now I work with Sue. I called Sue and left a voice message and no one called me back yet. I don't know what else I can do!

  By far the best banking experience one can have. The benefits of world class banking with small town banking service. You feel welcome and well taken care of each time you set for there. Tech cu offers car loans, home mortgage, business accounts, child savings, etc... I really appreciate the staff there!

  Tech CU was my bank of choice for a loan and Mrs. Diana P Guevara made very easy to take out a loan. Mrs. Guevara was very kind and so helpful in answering all of our questions. Giving us the sense of security in our choice of loan.

  Super excellent service. Only thing is I forgot the name of the gal to serviced me. She was extremely nice, efficient and informative in opening my new checking account. I've been with this bank for many years now and I get better service than with Bank of America or Wells Fargo (LOSERS)! Thank you TECHCU! Btw the app is also super convenient and makes it SO easy with manage my accounts!
