  So ! Yesterday I purchased a 2015 Dodge Journey with 67 thousand miles. My experience from the time I walked in too the time I left was great ! COLUMBUS SMITH is the man who I spoke too over the phone and I knew instantly I would like him. He was soooo patient with me such a gentleman and made me more then comfortable I told them too higher me part time just so I can sit up there and laugh with him all day. All the men were super nice and down too earth. Even tho I wanted a Durango I will be back for it when I refinance my truck! I am sooo happy I was able to leave satisfied the truck I have has everything the Durango had but wayyy cheaper ! I am super satisfied will be sending my family and friends. THANK YOU COLUMBUS ❤️❤️ Sending love and light too you and the entire staff !

  Just bought a used car from Milosch's Pre-owned Superstore. Everyone was fantastic to deal with, from the relaxed and supportive Ken who showed us the car to Luke and Mike who helped us with our trade-in, through Kevin who helped secure a terrific financing deal for us. I highly recommend if you are in the market for a pre-owned vehicle to give them a try!

  I worked with Bill Peterson on a Mazda 3 for a about a week. He was up front and honest about the vehicle and great to communicate with. Unfortunately due to some damage on the vehicle and the fact I was able to get a great deal elsewhere with an offer I simply could not refuse I did not purchase from him, but I would recommend Bill to anybody looking for something affordable and priced to buy on the spot. If you need to finance he will do everything in his power to help you out as well!

  I would give this place negative stars if I could, but decided on 2 solely for the fact that I lucked out with a good vehicle. The salesman here (or at least the one I dealt with) was extremely shady and kept changing the numbers in my loan and paperwork. When I sold my daily driver and had a friend bring me up to this place to pick up the new car, I was told I owed $2,900 as a down payment!! When we originally agreed on $1,000! I was extremely pissed and let them know it too. After showing the manager the text messages between me and the dealer agreeing on $1,000, he took him into the back room. Then came out and told me he'd settle on 1,500. So far the vehicle I purchased is in working order and I really do love it, but I would never recommend or go back to this dealership ever again. It was extremely stressful doing business with them, very shady. If you do find yourself looking at a car on their lot, KEEP ALL TEXTS/EMAILS between you and whoever you speak with from here!!

  I would give this place Zero stars if I could. They're the absolute worst dealership experience I've ever had. Within 2 weeks of buying my car I've already had to drop $1500 dollars into it. I was sold a Lemon. They do a lot of price changing tricks in the beginning, and place you in a weird backroom and the manager proceeds to place a dumbfounded look on his face as you question him on his face talk or when stop to asked him to breakdown any numbers. They are very, very shady. This dealership is completely worthless, take your money and spend it with someone who will respect you and your hard earn dollars.

  I purchased a jeep from Milosh in Dec 2016. I also purchased a 3 year warranty that cost me $1410.00. Its been under two years on my warranty and the vehicle needed a new alternator. According to my warranty it should have only been $100 deductible, but the service center tried to charge me $500 out of pocket and the Lake Orion location, which sold me the warranty tried to make me pay $291 (like they were doing me a favor). They will not honor their own warranty that they sold to me. I feel like I need a lawyer or a news crew. They basically stole $1410 from me for a worthless piece of paper. Everyone needs to be aware of the scam with their warranties. I will never buy there again and in my own home town, shameful.

  Bought a van from these people a few years ago it was a 2003 Town and Country. And besides normal maintenance the only thing I had todo to the van was replace the starter. The van lasted 5.5 years and had 169,000 miles when we bought and to only have to replace one thing on it, I thought it was pretty impressive.

  I want then they're just now and was going to see what I had to do to get a car. The person asked me how my credit was, I said that it wasn't the best. He then asked me how intended to get a vehicle with spotty credit. He then asked me what I wanted to do. I tell them that I was going to go to the lodgers palace because they said that they would work with me to get through this process. He then asked me if he sounded like he was in gonna work with me. And I said yes. I then continued to Tom that I was going to log out the door and write a review exactly like I just did. He looked at me and said good as I walked out the door.

  Ken is awesome. He has the upmost best customer service that I received, from the phone calls to in-person. My kids and I really enjoy the vehicle he was able to get me in thanks a lot ken!!!

  Best used car lot in town. Very knowledgeable and experienced technicians. Great sales team, straight forward guys that are looking out for your best interest. I only trust Milosch for all my cars needs.
