  After shopping around it would have been helpful to just find Larry! As soon as I did and told the other Mortgage companies to kick rocks and what Larry could do for me they all started to fall in line! Funny thing is if they would have done what Larry did and just been honest and gave me the best interest rate and best closing cost and deal up front I wouldn't need Larry ...so I guess in a way...thank you ...you scamming ..cheating....no good big name mortgage companies....without you I'd never find Diamond mortgage company and Larry! Larry you're the best!

  My experience with Larry and his team at Diamond Mortgage was both a professional and personal interaction. Professional in the fact that all questions, follow-ups and appointments were answered promptly coupled with he and his team delivering upon what they said they would do and when they were do it. Personal in the sense that I felt he went the extra steps to review mine and my family’s needs and worked out a solution that was best for my short term and long term goals. I find real estate in general to be quite confusing and it was a relief to have Larry handle my mortgage. I truly feel like I got The Best in The Business when it came to my mortgage.

  The whole experiance was seamless. I felt like I was a priority. From start to finish it took 30 days. Very impressed considering this was my first mortgage. If u want things done Larry is your guy. His assistant was amazing as well. All I had to do was provide the documents and they took care of the rest. Thanks Larry for an amazing job I cannot thank you enough!!

  Had such a smooth, easy experience refinancing with Larry Longcore at Diamond! I had first attempted to refinance through Big Bank "C" - but after months of jumping through hoops and waiting, I was getting nowhere. After being told many times that they just needed one more thing, I finally said forget it! I called Larry and within weeks I was approved and had closed on my new mortgage. Larry was always available to answer any questions I had and always kept me abreast of the status of my loan. The whole process was streamlined and easy. I also like that it was all handled locally and not transferred to someone in another state like it was with "C." I highly recommend Larry and the staff at Diamond!!

  Larry Langcore was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the mortgage process. He showed us a variety of options, clearly explained them, and helped us make the best decision.   Larry did an amazing job!!! Im a 1st time homeowner and he made it seem simple. He answered all my questions, there were alot, in a timely manner. His assistant Jen did an amazing job as well. I will be using him when it comes time to refinance. I've already gave out his name snd number to several people. My realtor is even going to use Larry especially after meeting him. :)

  Larry was WONDERFUl, his assistant Jennifer was as well, they helped us in purchasing our first home. The office staff was kind and helpful.
