  We are so glad we used Josh and his company! I know when I first reached out, we kept playing phone tag and we almost skipped over him just because I thought he might be hard to get a hold of. But in hindsight, I'm so glad we didn't use someone else. Josh was extremely easy to work with, communicate with, walk us through our questions, and he and his team were extremely fast with everything they did. I'd definitely recommend Josh and his team to anyone else needing home financing.

  The homebuying experience with Miller Financial is second to none. We worked with Josh Miller and he was an absolute pleasure to work with. We normally work with our Credit Union on major purchases, but after our first phone call and his quick response to give us a pre-approval, we knew that we had to work with him. The process was quick and easy. He was very communicative and the turnaround time was fast. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you want someone honest and trustworthy, please look no further. This is easily the best lender experience we have had.

  Josh / Miller Financial closed an almost impossible loan for us! We purchased a large parcel with an avocado grove and had to get an Ag loan to do it. Josh spent a lot of time up front researching options and determining what made the most financial sense for us. It was a tedious process. Josh stayed in communication with us the entire time. He was open and honest throughout the process. As we’ve gotten to know Josh more, he has come to be somebody we trust, and I know that he put our best interests even above his own. Josh is a genuinely good guy and highly recommended.

  Josh Miller did a spectacular job with my loan. I am 100% completely satisfied. Josh and his team at Miller Financial made themselves accessible at all times. Josh was able to have me pre-approved in about 2-3 days. From there it was house hunting. Because this is such an aggressive market, I needed a team who would provide sound advice and meet deadlines. Josh met this expectation every time. After numerous offers, we were finally able to move forward. Josh secured my loan approval in a matter of a couple of days.
