  Picked up my Amazon package here. Great location to do it. I picked up another package the same day across the street at Walgreens and they were very unorganized and unprofessional. Would use Gems n Loans again as an Amazon delivery location

  I've been in some tough financial situations over the past 10 years and Gems N' Loans has ALWAYS been there for me - even when I lived in a different state, even when I lived outside the USA. Gems N' Loans is the only place I'm willing to go for financial assistance because they consistently provide me with OUTSTANDING customer service and I've been lucky enough to get that high standard of service regardless of who I work with. But in particular I've worked with Dante the most, both by phone and in person, and I can't say enough great things about him and the high standard of service he provides. It's also reassuring to me when I see or speak with multiple people over the years and then find out those people are still working with Gems N' Loans. The most important thing to me is that the items I entrust to the company are safeguarded and I never have any doubts with this company; EXCELLENT service, EXCELLENT people and EXCELLENT security of my property are what keeps me coming back to Gems N' Loans - THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  Gems N Loans is our go-to jewelry store. We’ve bought 4 pieces of jewelry in the past 4 years from here and we’re currently looking for an addition to my wedding ring set. We have also brought pieces in to have cleaned and polished. We’ve always been extremely satisfied with our purchases, the selections, and customer service we’ve received. Kathy helped us in our most recent transaction and was so helpful and kind. I highly recommend this jewelry store.
