      Marisol was our service advisor I would give her 5 stars she was awesome and took care of us best of her ability but the dealership as a whole we’ve had terrible service and experience my husband said he will def not be buying our next vehicle there. There were a lot of things said and not followed thru and then the people you work with are no longer there when you go back to validate what was said just ends up in disappointment.

      I want to preface, my husband and I have no complaints about the truck we purchased. Our complaint is with the dealership in general. We bought out truck in Feb. 2015. To do so, we needed to trade in our 2004 Corvette. A few months later, we received a bill in the mail from Fast Track saying our vehicle had been in the FT lane twice without paying and this is what we now owe. Of course this made no sense to us since we no longer owned the corvette. We contacted the Lake Elsinore dealership several times and 2 face to face visits and they agreed to take care of it. Jump to spring 2017. I receive a letter in the mail from an attorney stating our tax return was confiscated to pay a portion of what we owed to Fast Track but we still owed nearly $500 more fr violations in 2016. WHAT!!???? We haven't owned this car in 2 years and now we are facing legal action and no tax return. So we contacted Lake Elsinore Dodge once again. After several calls and 2 visits, the dealership pays us they missing tax return money. That's it. End of story. No other compensation other than oops, we are sorry. We thought it would be extremely reasonable to get at least a free oil change for all our troubles, but nope. Summary, DON'T buy from this dealership!

      I went with another dealership as most of the information I was given from this dealership was false and the service was unacceptable. When I was looking to buy the dodge charger they said they wouldn't budge the price, even though my discount from this dealership and USAA said it was lower, and the late disclosure of the 3,500 dollars of upgrades done to it, and the demo I was told smells like an ash tray by one of the sales reps, and the mileage was 7,000+ that of the advertised milage. I was already pre-approved for financing yet they still wanted to run my credit, this is not allowed unless requested by the purchaser in this state. The car also wasn't there for the whole hour I waited and had scheduled with the original sales rep I scheduled 2 days prior, and had to reschedule. Never even got to meet him anyways. On top of them side selling it to another person while i was there about to do paperwork, they easily offered me 1,000 off any car on the lot, when they wouldnt even honor the previous price from this dealership and usaa. -Overall I will not recommend anyone to this dealership, to include my Marines. The 1.6 star rating online should have given it away, but I had just figured that was a few bad apples. I bought another dodge charger same day with no hassel. I will also be filling a complaint to have your dealership removed from the approved dealership list usaa has on file to help prevent this from happening to any other Marines.

      We purchased our Jeep from this dealership and loved the experience! All of the staff was very friendly and they really worked with us. I would definitely refer my friends and family to come here when they are in the market for a new car. Thanks again for all the help guys we love our new jeep!

      calling this dealership over and over. automate system places me on hold, then says "unable to take call at this time" then directs me to voicemail box that cannot accept messages. What kind of poorly run dealer is this? Several mother later I have tried to call this parts department again. First two attempts in automated system send me to inoperative voice mail and disconnects line. Third attempt I went through operator, waited on hold about 4 minutes and was then told by operator there is only one person in parts department and they are too busy to answer phone. This is bad dealer management at its worst.

      My brand new Dodge Ram 1500 has electrical issues, it started two months after I bought it and I provided Lake Elsinore Dodge with videos of some electrical problems. Because they are unable to get it to duplicate they felt it was safe to put back in my truck, to me it seems like the service department is more worried about saving $40 for the cost of a rental over my safety

      Don't go here if you need your dodge vehicle serviced. Dropped my vehicle off on Sunday night and got a call on Monday. I was told that they will get to it when they had a chance. Didn't hear from them all week so I gave them a call on Friday, they still didn't look into the issue with the transmission. Called Monday and was on hold for 10 minutes and was supposed to get a call back......nothing!!! Called Tuesday and the same thing, "we haven't had a chance to look at your vehicle " seriously 8 days?! Just ended up picking up my vehicle without getting it looked at. DONT GO HERE, I am glad I didn't buy my vehicle from here. Google should let you score negative stars

      Had to send me back a check for hundreds for illegally charging me false DMV fees. I suspect they had a lawsuit or something for this. Also lied about the spare key that was included when I purchased the car. They can't make duplicates and had to order it from Chyrlser. Took a month and cost me an extra $200 to get programmed at other dealers even though they included in the final cost of the car and said it didn't need to be programmed. The other dealer ship said this is a lie and a shaddy practice. All keys have to be separatly programmed. Don't buy the Karr alarm system for $900 is $80 junk that doesn't work very well. App is buggy and either way to senstive going off every time I lock the car and had to shut it off. The company says there no problem just adjust the app and it's user error.

      My service advisor was very short with me and did not make anything a viable option for me. He was not personable and made me feel like my problem with the truck and was having the same symptoms that it did the last time that I was there. However my service advisor was not very friendly or willing to help me investigate what it probably could have been. This was the most horrible service I have ever had. Probably will not be back.
