  The Honda dealer was very clean and people were friendly. I had a nice cafe latte for free while I waited. It took less time than the agent stated and my car was cleaned.

  Walked in and all the writers were very polite! Mike was very nice and helpful. We were there for drop off no longer then 10 mins. I recommend coming to this Honda!

  Brought in my 2013 Odyssey Touring Elite for 75k service. Was entertained by Mr Bowser. Pretty impressed with recommendations, updates, and a quick turnaround while I waited by their customer lounge. Will bring my van over for every service need. Thank you Mr. Bowser and RSM Honda.   I purchased a 2018 Civic last year for my son from RSM Honda and had a great experience, so I reached out again when I became interested in test driving a 2019 Accord Sport. Working with Hassan Nowbari has been an absolute pleasure. He was very patient, honest, and straight-forward with me and did not pressure me like many salespeople have done at other dealerships (which I normally walk right out the door and never deal with them again when they act like that). Hassan's courtesy and professionalism and efforts to get me a very good deal on this vehicle were the reasons I decided to purchase from RSM Honda and I will definitely refer Hassan to friends and family when they are in the market for a new Honda.

  I found the exact car revs looking for and got a decent price. Definitely not a steal. The real disappointment came in the broken promises of the salespeople. The sales manager made it right, he didn't make it great for me, but he improved on the wrongs that were done to me.

  Service department is fine, but we won't buy another car from this dealer. We purchased a new Odyssey Elite before they had it on hand. The had to do a dealer transfer to get it, but insisted we needed to do the purchase paperwork before they'd do the transfer, Foolish of me to agree. There were a couple options (roof rack, tow hitch) the salesman (Jay-Z) explicitly guaranteed were included, but when the car arrived they were not. He looked me in the eye and lied to me. Their response? We'll give you a discount on the parts. Are you kidding me?!? The second and last time I buy a car from Frank, Jay-Z or anyone else here. And NEVER buy a car sight unseen. EDIT: So a stroke job, but no offer to make it right? Perfectly in line with the rest of my experience EDIT: I've seen several Elites on the road with the tow hitch - Are you going to make it right???? I'll be happy to edit review if you handle it the way it should've been handled from the start. Make it right

  Nice small town feel in the dealership. I’ve purchased several vehicles here. Customer service is top notch wanting to make you happy...I stop in for coffee as they are close by And I live in the city ...problem is the last time , the free coffee cost me a ton as I bought the ridgeline they Had set up in a camping theme ( darn them !)...lol... They are a smaller dealership then others and I like that. You don’t get lost or feel unimportant. I get texts from Anthony the General Manager on holidays and just to ask for pictures of my truck, as I take it camping to skiing with my Family all the time and they have a tent that fits in the bed, very cool .

  S.J. was an incredibly helpful sales consultant! He assisted me with my lease trade-in and made it a very stress free experience. Wasn’t expecting to drive home with a new car, but it was just too good of a deal!
