  I cannot thank Carl enough for working so hard for us!! I called to “shop around” for a homeowners policy on our new property once I got a quote from our old insurance company that seemed a little high…. He was so prompt and professional and walked me thru each and every step since I had to handle this while my husband was unavailable. I couldn’t believe the rates that Carl was able to provide for our home and auto insurance as well as our travel trailer that I immediately committed to Carl and State Farm and cancelled our old policy with a competitive company whom we were with for 16 years! I love that I can call Carl directly with ANY questions that I may have or he will call me to check on us just to see how we are doing and in-fact we spoke about professional business on Christmas Eve!!! That is customer service coming from someone who is in customer service herself! We’re currently shopping for life insurance with Carl as well!! Carl and State Farm have our business!! Thank you so much for everything!

  I've been working with Mike since I moved to Pittsburgh 8 years ago. Since then I had someone hit me when they floored it out of a parking spot, a drunk totaled my car while parked on the street in front of my house, and most recently a broadside resulting in a total. Like a good neighbor, Mike and his team have always been there. They have explained everything clearly, returned my inquires quickly, and made the process easier than I could hope for. I never leave five star reviews, and truly I'm only leaving this because I've recently had several one star interactions with which to compare. This team stands far and above the rest. Honorary mention to Karl (Carl?) who has also assisted me many times.

  Love the service of this office who take care of you personally for any questions/follow up. Carl Nero has been an excellent professional, knowledgeable and been working with him since years. Never had a complaint and he ensures that I'm good with all my requests. Strongly recommend him!

  This is my favorite State Farm agency! All agents are super nice and easy to work with! I get prompt reply every time I call them or email them. I am not going anywhere else. I strongly recommend this office ! :)

  Taylor helped me figure out the best car insurance plan that fit my budget after paying way too much over the past couple years with other places.   State Farm has provided me with a great quality insurance at a very fair and reasonable price. The set up process of my new insurance was a very simple and professional process. I strongly suggest if anyone is in the market for a new insurance that they stop by State Farm liberty Avenue and give them a chance.

  The Newell Agency has always answered the phone when I call, and I get answers to any question, spoken in plain English, not "Insuranceese." (If that's a word!) Carl was very helpful recently. My daughter will be using this agency when the car she drives is put into her name or if she gets a different one.
