I financed my car with this bank. If you do not have a checking account with them, you cannot make payments online. They send you a coupon book like it is the stone age. After my check was lost in the mail, I called to make a payment over the phone and held for 30 minutes. After issuing a stop payment on the lost check they received it 4 wks late thanks to our lovely postal service. FNB then sent me a letter stating since I stopped payment on the check my account was delinquent even though I made a payment over the phone. This bank is a joke and I cannot wait until my car is paid off. I will never hold an account with a bank that employs incompetent people and is stuck in the stone age.

If there was a Zero star option I would use it. I called this bank to inquire about cashing a money order that was given to me through a friend at the downtown first national location. I was told I could only cash it if I made an account. Inconvenient but still worth a shot. So I drive all the way down there and hand the money order to the accountant... She stairs at this paper for about 5 minutes then calls over two other staff members. At this point half the working staff is huddled around this paper. Giving each other disapproving glances to each other then to me. Wondering what the issue may be I explained how I called minutes earlier and what I was told. The accountant disregards my explination and points out that I haven't filled my name onto the slip yet. No big deal, I thought.. boy was I wrong. This lady starts GRILLING me (no exaggeration) on how I came to have this money order, why it wasn't made out to my name, what branch it was issued, the full name of sender.. and here's the kicker. WHAT IT WAS GIVEN TO ME FOR. Completely taken aback I explained it was a gift. That the person who gave it to me wasn't sure how my last name was spelled so he left it blank for me to fill in. By now I am completely embarrassed. The entire staff is stairing at me and finally am called back to the office to start opening the account. After I sit down the woman asks me each question again.. threeor four times over. Then calls the branch manager and makes me answer the same questions to him. Again I explained it was a gift. Now they're asking me.. WHAT THE GIFT WAS FOR. Never. Ever. In my 30 years on this earth have I ever been so angry or embarrassed by a customer service representative. That is in no way, shape, or form, anyone else's businesses. After being forced to explain all that extra information.. including being asked not ''where'" I work but ''IF" I have a job. She stamps them, then walks me ofer to the atm. Where I am told I have to deposit them in my account and wait till they clear.... Which I literally would have just done at my current bank the whole time.. had they not told me over the phone they could cash them as long as I made an account. NEVER. AGAIN. WILL. I. SET. FOOT. IN. THAT. BUILDING. AND NEITHER SHOULD YOU.

Mr. Stephen Kijanka, the manager at this branch, showed great customer service! Not only he took care of my business banking needs promptly, he even made a follow-up call to make sure my online account went smoothly. Kudos to FNB top management for retaining such a valuable professional to take good care of customers. Assistant manager, Zach, has also been a great help. Needless to say there is a good team at this branch ! Today, November 4th 2020, I am fortunate to receive another top notch customer service from Mr. Steve Kijanka! Another big thank you, Mr. Kijanka!
