  Todd was fantastic to work with. He always thoroughly explained exactly what was needed to complete our mortgage. He was very easy to get ahold of when needed and was willing to explain in detail answers to any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend working with him and would work with him in the future if it was warranted!

  I worked with John Tavares at AJM when buying our new home. He always answered and responded to me quickly and was knowledgeable when I had questions. AJM made the loan process very easy and told me what to send and when to send it. I did not have any issues with using them and would recommend them to others.

  When my wife and I decided to go and purchase our first home on an FHA we shopped around at the assistance of our real estate agent. Other mortgage consultants declined pre-approving us, until we met Rusty Rocus. Rusty was kind, and professional and assisted us in determining what we could do short term to get pre-approved for a home. Less than a month later, we took Rusty’s advice and he was able to pre-approve us for a mortgage at a great rate. He helped us all the way through the home buying process and obtaining our first mortgage. I cannot recommend Rusty and AJM Mortgage enough for all of your mortgage and loan consulting needs. As I type this, sitting in the living room of our new home, I could not be happier having gone through AJM Mortgage and working with Rusty. He’s an all-star!

  We were so pleased with the level of professionalism, customer service and attention to detail that we received from our broker, David. This was our first time purchasing a home and the experience was daunting to say the least. From our very first contact with David, he made sure to keep us informed, answer all our questions (of which we had many) quickly, and find different ways to save us money throughout the process. We relied on David more than we did our agent because we knew that he had our best interest in mind. There was a point in the process where my mother, who is the least tech savvy person there is, had to send documents over to David and he was so patient with her. I cannot recommend David enough to anyone looking to purchase a home. We really had such a great experience working with David and the whole AJM Mortgage team!

  Rusty was beyond amazing to work with! he took the time to explain everything in detail, work every type of situation possible! i told him want i wanted / needed and he made it work!!! and most importantly he answered all of my ridiculous questions and my multiple loan amount changes!!!!! we will continue to work with him in all of our future finance needs!!!! thanks again rusty for everything !!!!

  Our broker (Dave) from AJM made our home purchasing experience easy and pleasant. We looked for the right home for almost a year and Dave was always available to answer questions.
