  System is antiquated. My direct deposits were always late posting in my account. My ATM card quit working for some reason, was told I would have to pay to get another one. When I finally closed my account I offered a reason they didn't care

  The staffing is amazing and Tina is amazing and lora.an the bank people that work there are grrrrrreat.

  Horrible customer service and experience. Went to this branch hoping to open a new account with a small branch and escape the big banks impersonal service. Opened an account on 10/29, was told debit cards take 7-10 business days, called several times after not receiving cards and we were treated rudely and told it must be an issue with our mail carrier. I called today 11/20 to the KC branch and was told that our debit cards were not ordered until 11/17....20 days after we opened our account and after 3 phone calls made to the Lawrence branch and they insisted it was nothing they did wrong. Didn't even get a courtesy call to let us know they indeed did something wrong and our cards were on the way. As soon as this direct deposit has cleared we are closing our account and taking our business elsewhere. Do not open an account here they are way behind on technology and apparently common sense and courtesy!

  I've never had an issue with anyone who worked here. Very nice. Always willing to help. My family has banked here for 30+ years, my only complaint is I live so far away now it's hard to have time to go to Lawrence to see the ladies I've known since I was young. :)

  Bank system is always down. Very frustrating. It's 2022. Not 1922.

  We love Tina and all the folks here. They have given us the best terms on loans, even though we were rebuilding. Always willing to work with us.
