  This refinance experience was best borrowing experience we have ever had. Mark was amazing, kept us completely informed, was quick and so easy to work with. I highly recommend them and I hope you are fortunate enough to have Mark help you. We have done many mortgages but this was superior to any other!

  I refinanced my VA home loan with ClearPath Lending in March of this year.   I have done several mortgage refis in the past, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had when it comes to refinancing. Our loan officer, Kevin, was super on top of things and always provided an update first before I had to contact him for a status update. He always kept us informed so we knew what was going on and where we were in the process. I would definitely recommend ClearPath lending to anyone who is considering refinancing their mortgage!

  I didn't expect to get a lower percentage but after talking to Greg, he showed how i can save right away. It was very easy and a simple process. Everything was taken care of with no hassle.

  Quine Morales, the loan officer was professional and friendly, but most importantly she was patient. I initially had issues finding all the right paperwork. Quine let me know what options I had. Eventually I put all the paperwork together. Then I was handed off to Phillip and Omar. They both helped me when it was needed. Always easy to get in touch with. If they were not present they were prompt at returning my call.

  I contacted clear path in order to refinance my current Va home loan and the assistance I received was great. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new home loan or refinance. I appreciated all the help they offered.
