  When we decided to refinance the mortgage for our rental property, I was worried that lenders would be slammed due to the low interest rates. We heard about Dan from my sister-in-law who was pleased with how he had helped expedite her recent refi. Knowing how demanding she is, we decided to talk to Dan. Before we decided to engage him, we were told quite a lot about the lender that he had selected for us, including the estimated interest rate that they could give us. Once we paid his fee, Dan introduced us to the lender and monitored the process. He intervened on our behalf when needed to smooth our progress. Our loan was funded last week and we are very pleased. We would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a mortgage or a refi. He spared us from spending a lot of time shopping around and I feel that we got a better loan than we might have found on our own.

  Dan was able to find us a fixed rate mortgage that was .25% lower than the next closest lender! He has some great sources for loans that other brokers don’t have access to. The only reason I give a four instead of a five is that all fees were not taken into consideration for doing the comparison of the loan he recommended compared to another quote.

  Dan was very helpful in guiding us to the right lender. He called me periodically to make sure I was happy with how things were progressing. He contracted the lender directly to be an advocate for me. While the refi did take some time to complete, Dan was available and able to assist during the process.

  I was absolutely blown away by the rate that we got working with Dan The Man for Mortgages! I have now done a loan and two Refis with Dan. On the first loan we saved $72,000 over what we thought was our best deal. But what surprised me the most was the followup afterward. Even after we had moved forward with the loan we were still getting support calls and follow up to see if there was any more that could be done to make our mortgage process easier and more successful. The reality is that without a consultant there is no way of knowing if you are getting the best loan or not. I won't ever take out another mortgage without working with Dan The Man For Mortgages to find me the best options available.I would very highly recommend them to anyone that wants to confidently take out a mortgage knowing that it was the best rate and best deal possible!
