  We have used Brandi at Everwise twice now to refinance. She was so great to work with, always was on top of everything, which made for smooth, timely transactions.   Brian, Michael and Andreya from Everwise were instrumental in us closing on our new forever home in Playa Del Rey, CA. If it weren’t for Brian, our offer wouldn’t have been accepted in the first place. We called him on the Saturday that we put the offer and he picked up even though he was on vacation in Cancun for his wife’s birthday. The sellers agent needed reassurance of our funding and Brian came through in a big way by talking to him on the phone that same Saturday! Our loan was a little tricky as we were using a new joint savings account and funds from my cryptocurrency holdings for the down payment. Despite all this, the team figured it out. They were hyper responsive and explained everything clearly. We were lucky to have Brian and team on our side through this buying process. Not only did they close the loan for us but also they got us a great interest rate. Lower than even Navy Federal Credit Union. Best team ever and I will 100% use them in the future for all my mortgage and refinance needs!

  We were referred by one of our neighbors after expressing our frustration trying to refinance with a credit union which had taken five months and were given the runaround. My husband contacted Brian and within one month we had closed on our refinance. Brian and Brandi were so quick to answer our emails and phone calls and we could have not asked for a better experience. We will defintely be using them in the future again! They were great!!

  After a lot of research we chose Everwise. Initially, it was because of their extremely competitive fees. After completing the process, I have to say I was even more impressed with their professionalism and service. The Everwise team was knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain everything to us. They were quick to respond to our questions and made it so easy for us. It was an entirely different experience than we have had with other Brokers and I'd highly recommend them. Low on cost and high on service.

  Brian and the team at Everwise went above and beyond to help me get my refinance done. I had been struggling for months trying to refinance my mortgage only to be turned away from broker after broker bank after bank because they could not get me qualified. Within only a short time of working with Everwise they were not only able to get me qualified, but they had found a loan that is saving me $1,000 a month!! They were always there when I had questions and were up front with me throughout the entire process. Thank you Everwise for putting me in a much better financial situation and saving my Christmas!!
