  I have had the pleasure of working with Micah on several of my mortgage loan transactions, both VA and conventional.   Micah helped me with my refinance last year. He went above and beyond in finding me a rate I was comfortable with as well as ensuring the whole process was seamless. Recently I had a question regarding an increase in my property taxes and once again Micah went out of his way to provide me with the information.   We recently purchased a house in Coeur d’ Alene ID after selling our house that was out of state. We were not able to travel to the area to view houses when they came on the market. I had contacted a realtor via email. It took him 3 days to respond. Sent me a couple of listings and I never heard from him again. I decided to try another realtor / broker and I am so glad I did. Micah is amazing! He answered all my questions. He signed me up for MLS and he would call me to go over current listings. If the house fit our needs and our budget he would go to the houses, toured them video taping so we could see all that the house had to offer. When we were ready to make an offer he jumped on it getting us the offer information. In this hot housing market he helped me not to get discouraged when we wouldn’t get an acceptance and we would just try again. Not only did he find us the perfect house he also helped to get all the information we needed for utilities. He even drove over to the electric company when I couldn’t reach them on the phone. I would highly recommend Micah for anyone wanting to buy a house. He made the process seamless and I would definitely use his service again. Now we have a beautiful home and so thankful we met the right person to take us on this journey.

  This was our first home buying experience. Micha was so tenantive, approachable, and humble about his years of experience! It paid off we got the home of our dreams.   Micah is INCREDIBLE!!! I can't say enough good things about my experience working with him on the purchase of my new home. When I was considering selling my current home and purchasing a new one, the market had changed quite a bit since buying my first home back in 1999. I wasn’t even sure I would qualify for any kind of loan. Upon the recommendation of another family member, I went to Micah just to find out what steps I would need to take to position myself to buy again. I was thinking it would be another 2-3 years off in the future before this would even be possible. Micah was amazing and somehow with my student loans and all, he was able to help me qualify pretty quickly. There were several curve balls thrown at him during the process but he always remained calm, compassionate and ever so professional. He had back up plans for back up plans. He had a plan A, B, C and D. Micah is very knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He really understands the industry and takes a personal interest in his clients to set them up for success. Not too long after I purchased my new Home Micah could see interest rates were changing. I didn’t even have to ask. He brought it to my attention that it would be a good time to refinance, so I did and my house payment was even better than the already great house payment I had. I would highly recommend him to anyone I know over and over again. I won’t buy another home with anyone but him.

  I have worked with Micah twice now, and both times the experience has been amazing. I am editing my old review here, but every word is true. I wish I had a reason to buy another home right now, because I trust that he would make the process amazing. Micah proved himself to be excellent to work with and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. He was amazingly responsive, consistently helpful, and more than willing to help answer every amateur question that I had for him. Micah was instrumental in first getting me into my dream home, and then in helping me refinance when I needed to. I am giving him my highest recommendation and will send every friend, family member, and random person I meet his way. I can not recommend him highly enough. He has my absolute trust and will absolutely get you the best deal available, and will work tirelessly on your behalf.

  I'm very happy I decided to go with Micah, who came highly recommended from a friend. I was purchasing a home in a new community and decided to go with Micah over the builder's lender because he offered a better competitive rate. What I liked best about Micah was that he was patient in answering all my questions and explaining things to me, and that he was always responsive and available. Even after escrow close Micah continued to be responsive and helpful in answering questions, and continued to offer himself as a resource. All in all I felt that Micah was someone I could trust. I'm happy with his service and will definitely recommend him to my friends and family!
