  Glad that I contacted GM Funding to refinance my home loan. I was not approved by a different lending company for whatever reason they gave me. I emailed GM Funding and told them my experience from the previous lending company and Tyler reached out to me the same day. From that point on, everything went smoothly and I even got lower interest rate compared to the previous lending company that denied me. Thank you for helping me Tyler.

  This is our second time using GM Funding! John G at GM funding is a loan surgeon!!! He is always super responsive and looking out for our best interests. His breadth of knowledge from all his years is experience is priceless. Our most recent purchase was during Covid 19 when the lenders were really tightening down. In the last week of our escrow our lender was having second thoughts and John G was able to make a few calls and save the day!! His interest rates are also super low and competitive. I highly recommend GM Funding!!!

From the first contact with Dylan, who replied within minutes from my first inquiry, to closing this deal within a few weeks, everything was accomplished from my dining room table.   Our refinance went super smooth to the point that I almost forgot we were refinancing. We have refinanced another time and it was non stop submitting documents and calls. We also got an amazing rate which was even better than the original quoted rate. I appreciate Tyler and Tanner looking out for us and ensuring we got the best rate and I’m pretty sure it was as our notary commented it was the lowest he’d seen all year!
