  Trust-worthy and competitive with an incredibly fast response time. You might think I’m reviewing the latest Top Gun movie, but instead I’m talking about Shannon Gray, the best of the best in the mortgage industry. The process of buying a home or refinancing a loan can be stressful, but Shannon has a calm demeanor and uses his years of experience to clearly communicate a check-list that helped us navigate the unfamiliar territory. Each step of the way was streamlined and we greatly appreciated his knowledge, understanding and awareness of which loan was a perfect fit for our situation. My husband and I have worked with Shannon for well over ten years and we continue to give him our highest recommendation.

  I have been with Shannon for a number of years. I am always a fan of family owned businesses and also information that is forwarded me to educate me. Shannon does send out informational resources that ranges from a lot of different things and not just regarding mortgage or rates information. Also he gives quick updates regarding himself and his family which is always cool to hear about. I recommend Shannon to anyone looking for his services!

  We had a wonderful and great experience working with Shannon. I would highly recommend him for numerous reasons. Bottom line, he was able to get us the lowest rates for a loan and in a timely manner. We looked at a house and in 24 hours we had gotten pre-approved, put an offer on and got accepted for the place. Without Shannon we probably wouldn't have been able to do it. Since then (about 10 months later) we worked with him again to refinance. He once again, was able to give us the lowest rates and worked with us to help us save on our monthly payments. I would recommend him to anyone and I would also go straight to him if we ever bough another house

  Shannon is amazing. I was the first time home buyer and he took the time to explain everything I needed to know. He handled my mortgage when I moved to Idaho and also my refinancing 2 years later. Shannon always makes time to check in on me to see how everything's going. I would definitely use him again and refer him to everyone I know.

  We had a great time working with Shannon while getting our loan for our home. Not only was he patient and understanding during this this stressful situation (1st time home buying is NERVE WRACKING) he was always available to field any of questions at a moment's notice.   Shannon has been my go to guy for my mortgages for nearly 20 years! Why do I go with him? I bought my dream home 5 years ago and he was upfront and honest that I could get a lower rate with someone else due to the size of my loan and referred me to that person. You can’t get that kind of honesty in todays day. I was glad to refinance with him again this year.
