  I had a great experience refinancing my loan with Avid Mortgage Solutions. Amazing Team. Robert is a man of integrity. He delivered what he promised without unexpected surprises that frequently happen before closing. He provided explanation every time we had a question or concern. Their pricing structure was very good, and the customer services excellent.I already recommended Avid Mortgage Solutions to one of my friends and she's closing I believe this week.   Working with Avid Mortgage was an outstanding experience. My loan officer was professional and flexible. Wherever possible, my loan officer did the leg work and when my involvement was necessary my loan officer gave me clear direction and step by step instructions to complete my tasks. Loan closure was quick and smooth. To verify my closing cost and loan rate were the best the industry could offer, I had several other organizations review the Avid docs and each of them said they could not do the loan at the costs Avid was offering. Bravo Kara!!

  This is the second time I have used Avid Mortgage Solutions for refinancing my home. The team there is extremely prompt and knowledgeable in all facets of the mortgage industry. They initially helped me with a somewhat complex refinance of a primary residence and rental property.   Alan and his team are phenomenal to work with. I have known/worked with Alan for over 25 years and he has always been a trust worthy individual. I never worry about whether or not I am getting the best deal because I know I am. Alan and his team go the extra mile and provides all possible scenarios for you to consider and then explains the pros/cons of each and lets you make the best informed decision. I just completed a refinance and as usual, it was a great experience. I got a great rate and saved some money. Who could ask for more than that.   Kara has excellent follow through, attentive, and timely responsive to questions/concerns you may have. She has a welcoming personality. I love working with her during refinancing my property and would work with her again. I highly recommend her.
