  Do not work with these people ! They have ripped me off. They say that you pay for a service but in reality they do nothing. My debt has grown and these people have just been taking my money. When I try to discuss canceling my account they took over a month to get back to me. They schedule you for a call back appointment and no one calls back. They refuse to give me a refund after I notice that none of my creditors have been contacted. They claim that they send letters but never do. These people take advantage of people that are struggling. Do not work with them! They will take your money and not return it. I have tried calling them and no one ever returns my calls. I was scheduled for a call back to talk about the refund policy and no one called me back. The best thing I can do I warn others to not trust these people.

  This was the best choice I have ever made for my family, my sanity and my finances!! Full disclosure, yes my credit suffered at first but I was able to save enough money to pay cash for my needs just like my rep told me it would it has gone back up with my other payments being on time. My Representative was so kind and compassionate. I have no doubt that she truly cares bout me and my family. She took the time to make sure she answered every question. As far as the complaints I am seeing, I was told that there would be ups and downs but I have stuck through it and now I feel like I am in a better place. This won't be a quick fix kinda deal, it takes time and patience but for me it has been worth it.

  So over this company. Have called 5 times in 2 weeks never get a call back from anyone for my appointments and the lady at the call center just says wait for a call it will happen with in 48 hours and it doesn't. Have asked to stop the process no response. I have been paying and going through the process for over a year and qt the beginning they were always helpful and now they never respond and im getting sued for a card they say was never validated but the other company is about to start garnishing my pay checks. Don't use them they are such a horrible company.

  Do not use this company! I just found out my grandparents who are a elderly company signed on with this company. They received a court date in the mail for a loan they owe that was supposed to be included in their credit consolidation. After finding this out (because i had no idea ) I called coast processing ( they have changed their name already ) and got nowhere. All they kept saying is someone would call us back but never did. The customer service rep could not send us any documents of what was included, what letters have been sent ect. This company is a scam. My grandfather was diagnosed with cancer 6 months ago and are already struggling. I don't know how someone can take advantage of people like this! Currently spent over $1000 with them and have no proof that anything has been done!

  I contacted them after falling behind during the pandemic and making the minimum payments to my creditors. They explained the process thoroughly and have kept in touch and updated me monthly on my progress. I know that I may still have to pay some of the debt back at a negotiated lower rate, it’s better than taking years and years to accomplish.

  I have tried calling and no answer or I get someone to say I will give you a call back so you get an answer but they won't talk to you about your stuff I feel they have not mailed out letters like they say they have I just got a court summons I've been paying almost $400 a month for them to stop my debt as they said they would and it still isn't stopped so I'm sitting here thinking I'm paying this down as they say they're going to pay off things and they have not I am stressed about this because I am a single mother of two and I cannot take off any work or miss any days as I am already struggling to pay the bills I have and I'm working 6 to 7 days a week just trying to do that making less than what I should be making and I'm coming up with this money to pay them monthly to pay my bills that they said they would pay or cut in half or consolidate or whatever and I try to get a hold of them email them and whatever and they will not get back with me If they do call me back it rings twice and then they don't even give me time to answer try to call them back and they give me another day to set up a call time I don't think that's very professional I need to talk to somebody I need to mail this in they will not fax anything in it says the fax won't go through and what

  I contacted two of my creditors and they stated they never received and calls from this company. I asked Coast Processing to forward information to discredit or validate the statements, nothing yet from Coast Processing. I guess I have my answer. I'm highly disappointed in my choice to use them.

  They have been wonderful since starting the program. They always follow up and I recommend them to everyone who needs help getting debt reduced

  I would like if once in a while some one would tell me how are thing going. Good? Bad? Making progress?
