  I've been coming in to the store for years and never get disappointed, they always exceeded to my expectations. The staff has amazing persona, friendly and professional, especially Glena and Blassou. The store is very organized and clean. Diamond earrings are my favorite things to have, they always have the quality of diamonds I wanted and the price always suitable to my budget. Thank you for the "Best Service."

  This store always have excellent products and service. I purchased a Rolex and paid a fraction of the cost, one would pay at a chained jewelry store! If you need anything, go see Glenna, she is pleasurable to deal with, "NO Hassle!"

  I had been coming here since the 90's but never again. The workers treat you like you're bothering them whether you're buying or selling. They will rob you and be disrespectful and then act like they are doing you a favor. Go to any other pawn shop in town before stepping foot in this store.

  My stuff that Metro loaned me about 10% of value was due to mature on April 21, 2019. (Last day to get it) Other pawn shops except debit card to repay, Metro cash only. I called on April 20, 2019 to ask them if they could wait a minute. (Ad to go to the bank first to get cash) I actually arrived at 6:00 pm. Door was locked. I asked the girl that answered the phone if they were open Easter Sunday. yes she said. They were all closed and no answering machine to even leave a message. (That I can see, makes since). I hope they do not try to take my stuff. Put some good energy out there for me please. Thanks

  Absolutely love this pawn shop. Friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about everything from electronics to jewelry and everything in between. Won't go anymore else. All staff are incredible.
