      Claudia at the St. Mary's branch is without a doubt the greatest customer service person I have ever worked with! When I needed help, she and the team at SPFCU delivered above and beyond what I thought was possible. Words cannot fully detail exactly how much gratitude and relief I have today as a result of her hard work. I have always loved being a member at SPFCU, but now I truly feel like family.

      Sorry for the frustration, Horrific. Our Saint Mary's manager does get a lunch break from 1 to 2, which is stated on the website. I'll go make it clearer right now, so nobody else gets inconvenienced this way. Thanks for the feedback! Not sure if this will be helpful in your case, but members can do most banking activities with our mobile app or online banking, or call a branch and our crew will help you out. Maybe this can help make up for that lost time today.

      Hi Michael, I'm sorry you were inconvenienced. It's true our branch at Arlington doesn't have an ATM inside, but there is one on the first floor of Saint Mary's main hospital across the street.
