  Rediclously poor customer service! Went in to buy a used guitar today and I was the only customer there. Asked if I could go into the area where all the guitars were displayed and was emphatically told no. The bad part, though, is none of the three employees I saw offered any way for me to look at and try out the guitars they had. In effect, they chased me and my purchase right out the door. These guys should not be in business if potential customers are treated so poorly.

  Tried to stop in last Friday afternoon (5/12/17). I parked along the street at 3:30pm, saw two OPEN signs (one neon, and lit up), and put 4 quarters in the meter. I walk from the meter to the front door, and there's a piece of paper taped inside the glass saying they'd be back at 4pm. I wasn't about to wait around for half an hour, and I'd already paid for parking, so I wasn't going to return. I simply went on my way, and continued to the MANY other pawn shops in town. Suggestion for the owner: Flip your open signs so they say CLOSED, and turn your neon OFF, if you're going to leave for any extended period of time!

  I have been doing business w/Mike for 10yrs&hands-down as a pawnbroker, he is fair&honest towards your loan needs. And as a jewelry, tools& electronics seller, his prices are moderate. &he even has layaway if you find something you just have to have but do not have the whole amount@the time. Ive purchased my diamond solitare, tv's, dvd/blue ray player, etc. I would highly recommend Mike for any&all of your loan needs. And sometimes you never know what he might have on the sales floor2purchase. No hassle/No stress&you are out the door 10 minutes later with the money you needed. Thanks Mike!
