  First time i met Kassandra at the branch, she gave great service from beginning to end. Bless that shes been my banker from the hard times to the good ones. Always has a great attitude and energy to my requests. Im glad that im at Security Service!

  I visited this branch a few weeks ago.. there was only 1 teller working and a very long line and no one around to point me in the right direction, so i wait in line and ask for assistance with my mobile app. Don’t even get me started on that issue. After 18 min in line, I’m sent to the lobby desk. Again no ones there, but I put my name down. And wait. And wait. I see what looks to be a manager come out of her office but does not acknowledge me or anyone else waiting. I eventually just leave the branch without being assisted. I wouldn’t recommend stopping at this location for any of your banking needs unless your willing to wait a lifetime for no assistance.

  Great first experience! We are leaving one of those huge corrupt banks and moving our checking and savings accounts here to SSFCU. I did the initial applications online but was a bit hesitant to send sensitive information in the mail so we opted to come in to a branch instead. Joyce helped us all morning and was very kind and patient, especially since we had to bring our two children with us. I felt comfortable asking any questions that I had so that I completely understood what was going on, and we walked out as account holders! I'm encouraged and hope that this will be a great experience from here on out.

  Manager knows her staff strengths. Have had varied problems over the past year and was paired with staff members that showed in depth knowledge in my problem area. Manager & staff members always showed interest in providing the best, pleasant service solving any difficulties .

  I opened up an account today with the SSFCU in Schertz. Mrs. Jennifer Moreno assisted me. She was totally outstanding. The best Customer Service I’ve received in a long time! Thanks and I appreciate her professionalism! John W. Goodrich

  The customer service at this location has always been excellent. I have taken out car loans and boat loans here and have always received the utmost, honest and considerate service. I have never been late on a payment but getting text reminders of payments coming up is really nice.

  Lost my whole wallet , needed a card for everyday use . They took care of me right away , Eduardo Sandoval assisted me and was super helpful and FAST . Treated me like family and I will be coming back for anything I need !!

  Had to take care of some business at this branch yesterday. Denise was super helpful, and speedy. I was stressed at the time about getting this taken care of, but with her help everything went smoothly.

  I don't understand all the good reviews. I went in today and signed in at the empty front desk for a new debit card excited because the place was empty. There was no one ahead of me so I'm thinking this should be quick - WRONG! I'm sitting there waiting when some pregnant girl runs passed the desk and says I'll be right with you. 30 mn have passed and I'm still waiting. She must want me to wait till she gives birth ...anyway i ask the teller why is it taking so long. At this point 3 people (who came in after me) have given up and walked out and 2 others are still waiting - fools join the club! (mind you i was here first). she says let me TRY and get someone. She says they're in a meeting and the other customer service whatever is out to lunch....seriously??? What kind of customer service are you providing????oh wait! You don't provide customer service! You're too busy having meetings when you should be helping people! Now i know why the place was empty when i first walked in. So, if you actually need some help do yourself a favor and go to the branch on 1604 the people there are quick, courteous and are actually working. I was out of there in less than 15mn.
