  Carlo and his team were very helpful with the loan process to purchase our new home. They kept in contact with us from first call of pr-approval all the way to closing date. They provided us with advice when choosing between First United and the builder's preferred lender. Explained every line of every disclosure sent to us. Any questions we had Carlo and his team were available even if it was 1030pm on a Sunday night. It was their constant contact, awesome consultation and all around pleasantness (felt no bad vibes at all!) that we chose to go with First United.

  What an amazing bank with such knowledgeable agents and underwriters. They are hardworking and deliver the best interest rates. Debbie Mahula was a pleasure to work with.   We all deal with banks and mortgage companies for various reasons, but it is rare that we experience an impeccable service from the entire staff. It just doesn’t happen that often and when that happens you are not only obligated to recognize their hard work and effort but also compelled to let consumers know. I had the pleasure of working with Jen Guidry and her team with First United Mortgage Group on a construction loan and was thoroughly impressed by their level of professionalism and expertise. Their attention to detail and willingness to help surpassed my expectations. I was attended to with the utmost professional attitude and perfection from the time I made my first call to Jen to the last minute going through my loan disbursement with Linda Parks. In between those interactions, I had the pleasure of dealing with Heather Blanchard, Connie Salazar, Katelyn Eggleston, and Mary Moore to name few; all professional, curious, caring and willing to go the extra mile to help.   Jen and her team are absolutely amazing! She was very helpful with all information that was presented to us about our loan and the process. Her team answered all questions that we had along the way in a very prompt manner (most within the hour of us asking). I have already given her teams information to two other families who will start the loan process pretty soon for their new houses.   Jen and team were extremely easy to work with. They always went the extra mile to do whatever it took to ensure we had everything we needed and we understood everything about our loan process. I asked a lot of questions and even sometimes the same ones and Jen and her team was always super patient with us showing us exactly how everything would work.
