  Matt and his team are amazing! When we bought our first house we used a different lender and it was a terribly awful and stressful experience. When we decided to sell and buy a new home, we fully expected the loan process to be stressful and awful. Much to our immense relief, Matt and his team made this process so easy and painless. His communication was incredible, his flexibility with us when we needed to change the timing of our sale, and thus the details of our loan, and his overall approach to this process was unbeatable.   I just refinanced with Matt’s help and couldn’t be happier! This is my second time using his services for loans and both times he’s been personable, patient and informed. I’m a real pros/cons list kinda person, and I always got clear answers but not pressured. The online portal made sharing paperwork and getting signatures so easy with social distancing.   "I was super impressed with your lender and how smooth the funding process went". This is an actual quote from my realtor and the title agent when we closed on our first home. Apparently, not all lending transactions are as smooth and efficient as the transactions handled by Mike and his team. As a first time home buyer, I cannot commend Mike enough for the amazing job. All my questions/concerns were answered in less than 24 hours and each milestone was achieved on the promised date. He made sure we locked in an AMAZING rate and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Overall, I will most certainly use Mike in the future for any other transactions as he may have set unrealistic expectations if I were to utilize someone else. 100% satisfied and 100% recommend!
