      Went in for help and got a big run around. unwilling to help with technical stuff about my credit card and auto bill pay, was told a person would help, NO. I was told that when I applied, one of the only reasons why I got it.

      Once again banking with Bank of America they have the most worst system setup here in Eugene Oregon or out of state that you have to wait 7 days that you go to the bank and deposit check or for it to even clear to make your funds available to you so would I recommend them to anybody no never and for further reference if you do bank with Bank of America and then you did deposit checking you need money to assess your account right away I would say choose another bank besides Bank America cuz it makes me want to go I'm headed there too soon and put my money in the bank that I can know when I deposit check my funds are available

      Will not pick up phone if calling the location with questions directly, tried multiple times, at different parts of the day on different days, during business hours. Never once was able to get to a person.

      First of all, I want to say that I really like all of the kind, courteous and professional people at this branch. Derek, Sully,  Dylan and Heather are awesome and I really appreciate them. This 1 star review has nothing to do with the employees. They deserve 5 stars. This poor review is for the corporate decision to close all branches in the Eugene/Springfield area except for 1, (that doesn't even have a drive up) install some ATMs and leave their customers to wait in ridiculously long lines that literally go out the front door and down the side of the building. Extra ATMs and mobile apps are not a cure all for all banking needs. Just 1 branch for a population of 385,000 has created a nightmare for those who require a branch visit. I switched my primary banking to a different bank earlier this year,  Unfortunately I still have to frequent the branch because of my job duties for a financial services company and I always dread it like going to the DMV. Because its like going to the DMV. No other bank in town has these long lines and I go to all of them. I can see from the other reviews that there are a lot of other people very frustrated with this situation...

      I went into the branch to exchange $20 for quarters so I could do some laundry. After waiting 5-10 mins they told me "No problem" started to do the transaction and asked me if I had an account. Soon as I said I didn't have an account the told me they cant do business with me. It was a basic currency exchange. Pretty ridiculous. Chase is in and out in less than 3 mins normally and I dont have an account and they've never asked me. (They didnt have quarters today) Selco (Next door) was in and out in less than 5 mins and they gave me the info on opening account, fees and such. This is why I closed my BoA account long ago.

      After loosing our local branch of B of A we are forced to use an atm for all banking. When i try to call the only actual bank located 20 miles away. No one will answer the phone. It directs me to go online…the phone will ring and ring. The Last time I was at the branch one of the associates told me that they do not answer the phone in the branch. He was right! Called over and o we…Well isn’t that awesome. Trying to Find out if they have yen that I can purchase for a graduate . Will have to drive up there to find out. Grrrr

      Not just this poor excuse for a location can justify the games this bank plays. Not to mention the temperature of care that would need to be zapped in the microwave to be lukewarm. They like to play the US Bank card of making you wait an undetermined amount of time (it has been same day, all the way to 3 weeks and almost messing me up on my rent at the time) all while being like BP Oil from South Park with how they choose to apologize to you. However when my account was once overdrawn, they blew my phone up until I put a plan in place to resolve the negative balance. My advice, don't bank here. I plan to find a new bank after today.

      There is only ONE physical banking location with actual human beings in Eugene, Oregon, anymore. If you're attempting to drive me away there are a multitude of other banking options with multiple locations with humans I can actually interact with.
