  Mark was a phenomenal lender! For starters he had the BEST rates (compared to Bank of America and Fairway and my local credit union) and he was .375-.5% lower than them all. I reached out to Fairway and they were very rude and not helpful. In addition, he was so transparent and honest about how everything worked with pricing, rates, and closing costs. Another win in my book was that he was a broker so he didn't have fees like origination charges and processing fees. If you are looking for an all around great lender that truly understands finances, cares about his clients and gets the job done, I strongly recommend him.

  Mark, was outstanding! I have worked with several lenders in the past and Mark stands out because he went out of his way to help my family get the best rate. He took calls at all hours and days of the week because he wanted to make sure our buying and refinancing process went fast and quickly so that we could lock down the best rate. He also made me feel like he actually cared about getting us the best deal and making the best financial decision for us. He is very professional and has a great attitude. After closing our loan with Mark, we received a thank you gift too which was very nice. We had friends that were going to use the loan officer their relator suggested and Mark told us to give our friends his number so that he can at least make sure they are getting the best deal and he did it for them fast and was even able to beat what my friends thought was a good deal. My friends were also looking to refinance another property and Mark was honest with them and let them know why he thought it wasn't a good idea! A lot of other lenders would have just done the deal to make money. We loved Marks honesty! His brother is a relator too, so if you want a dynamite team that communicates efficiently and fast, this is also a great thing to consider. With the market right now being crazy and houses selling so fast, we would have benefited from using the brother team if we had known before committing to a different relator before finding Mark. If you want someone knowledgeable, honest, quick, reliable AND amazing rate, you will want to use Mark.

  Mark was awesome from start to finish. We got referred to him from our friends and we couldn’t have been more glad we did. We have bought several homes and used different lenders. But Mark was by far the best. Completely transparent and when he said something he was a man of his word. His rates are the best in town, and he goes the extra mile for the entire loan.
