  This is our second time using Randy's services to help us with our mortgage needs. He is excellent at communicating with us and keeps us up to date on what part of the process we are in. He has consistently had the best rates, and the quickest closing date. The first time we used him two years ago when we moved from Seattle to Gilbert we needed to close extremely quickly, he was able to get us in our new house in record time!   Wow! Randy & his team went above and beyond & made the process extremely smooth! The system they use keeps you updated with where you’re currently at in the process, they would literally respond to emails within 15 mins or less (even on the weekends), Randy calls weekly to give updates and to make sure everything is on track for the closing date, the whole team was very knowledgeable and answered any question. This was our first home purchase and I can’t imagine the process being any better than what it was. Even the listing agent for the house we bought said it was the easiest and smoothest transaction she’s EVER dealt with and she’s been doing it for 10+ years! ALSO, from the moment our offer got accepted they were able to help us close in 22 DAYS!! I will forever be using/recommending Randy and his team, the no lender fees is also a huge plus!!
