  Shawn Malkou here was an absolute pleasure to work with. I spoke with about 10 mortgage companies before talking with Shawn and I was instantly impressed. I ask a lot of detailed questions and he was the only person to answer them fully. He was great throughout the process. Always in contact with me and my realtor (who also was impressed). Locked my rate at the perfect time. Closed on time (less than 30 days, offer to close). Nothing but great experiences with Shawn. Would recommend him and Price Mortgage to anyone.

  Jessica and Ryan were absolutely amazing to work with. From the moment I contacted them about getting financed for a home loan, they were very quick to respond. Anytime I had a question they would answer back unbelievably fast, no matter the time or day. They are very professional and knowledgable about the market. They are definitely a dream team and I would recommend them to anyone looking for lending.

  Worst experience with a mortgage company ever! We dealt with Brian C. At first he seemed like a nice, competent guy. We were given a great refinance rate and after the first attempt to sign our contract, my husband noticed that interest rates and additional fees had been changed. They even added a 10k origination fee when there wasn’t supposed to be any! When we confronted Brian on this, he said that they obviously made a mistake and the paperwork would be corrected. Came back again and numbers had been changed, but were still “mistakes”. After numerous attempts to get the paperwork in order, and unanswered messages left to Brian, the 30 day interest rate guarantee expired. Brian said he was unable to get us the original interest rate any longer even though it was their “error” and acts like he’s jumping through hoops in order to “help” us. My husband has reached out to him numerous times since then to see where we’re at and his calls have gone unanswered. Don’t go with this company unless you are ok with getting bait and switched! And make sure to read ALL your paperwork thoroughly with whoever you go with!

  Andy Price was extremely communicative, helpful and accurate throughout the process of securing our home loan. We had appealed to other mortgage brokers and no one but Andy was able to work with us in our situation. Highly recommended!

  Price Mortgage was great. Cathy and Ashley were very timely in their communication and their assistance throughout the process. We're able to get a great rate and adjust things as needed throughout the process since the underwriters were a little demanding. Thanks for helping us get a great loan and be able to close on time!

  Worst experience i ever had with price mortgage. I would never recommend them. Cindy keep loosing my paperwork to the lender. No communication. She just didn't help and did not care.

  I recently purchased a house using Price Mortgage. Although the process was stressful because of all the Covid 19 guidelines and requirements, Andy helped guide me through and get the house! I have purchased homes prior and used several other lenders, so I do understand the loan process and underwriting. I have never met anyone with the knowledge and ability that Andy has as well as the determination to get the loan done. Other lenders would not have been able to provide this quality of service. I will definitely be using Price Mortgage for any other loan that I get in the future. Respectfully, Eric Estep
