  Ryan and his wife Jessica are the best mortgage broker team I have dealt with, no only once but twice they helped me save money. They were quick and very attentive to my needs and I can't thank them enough. I have and will continue to recommend them to all my family and friends that are looking to buy a house.   I’ve always heard that home buying is a frustrating experience and wasn’t sure what we were in for when we started, but Jessica and Ryan made it a seamless process and were there for us every step of the way. Jessica handled the paperwork and was always quick to respond. I truly appreciate her calming nature throughout this process. She did everything to ensure I was up to date on status.   I worked with Ryan and Jessica recently on a home refinance. From the moment I first contacted them, Ryan and Jessica were quick to respond and very attentive. They are very professional and easy to work with. They make themselves very available to their clients and are so knowledgeable about what is going on in the market. While I never felt pressured or pushed, they gave me solid advice about waiting to lock and then moving quickly in order to get the best rate for my circumstances. The refinance process itself can be pretty confusing, but they made the process so smooth. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in need of a home loan or refinance.

  I can’t say enough great things about Ryan and Jessica. My husband and I were connected with them on the recommendation of our brother in law who is a mortgage broker in CA. As first time home buyers we were nervous and uneducated. What made the process even more stressful was that we were buying a house from out of state. Jessica and Ryan made this process so seamless for us. Anytime I had questions or concerns Jessica would patiently address them and provide me the reassurance I needed.   We had been working with a "big name" lender prior to finding the Ehler Lending Team. That big name lender continued to add more fees and hassle. The Ehler Lending Team was recommended to us by a family member and they did not disappoint. We finally felt like we were the customer. The Ehlers were able to get us a lower rate without redtape, hidden fees, or "penaltys" for a decade old short sale. They were efficient, always listened to our concerns/questions, and prompt about finding the answers. We highly recommend using the Ehler Lending Team. They ALWAYS had our best interest in mind.

  I had held off on refinancing my home until I was sure it was the right time, Ryan Ehler not only confirmed it was the right time, but showed me that I should have done this a long time ago! HA! Just leave the job to the experts..! Ryan was quick to respond WHENEVER I reached out, knowledgeable, and showed a sense of urgency to get things done... and the right way! He was informative every step of the way and most importantly was honest about what would work best for MY individual situation. Jessica is very quick to respond to all questions as well and you can tell that Jessica and Ryan have this process down!
