  Working with Josh Phillips and Price Mortgage was phenomenal. We cannot say enough good things. Josh is professional, helpful, intelligent, kind, and genuinely interested in fighting for his clients. Being first time home buyers, my wife and I needed everything explained to us in depth and we had wayyyyy too many questions. Josh always responded to us promptly and answered us clearly. He was always willing to explain things multiple different ways until we felt comfortable and was an excellent advocate for us in conversations that we were foreign and confusing. I will be referring everyone I know to Josh and price mortgage in the future.

  Josh just helped us close on our very first home! During these crazy times with the pandemic and the housing market, he made the process seem so seemless. Never once did he make us feel rushed and helped us out tremendously along the way with ANY question we had. He was very thorough and made sure we understood everything going on.   I was referred to Price Mortgage by my realtor & I'm so grateful to have gotten to work with Josh Phillips! This was my first home purchase & my situation was a little bit different from the "norm". I am young, single & self-employed, so I was quite nervous when I decided to buy a home whether I would be approved for the loan. It was initially extremely overwhelming trying to figure out everything that needed to be in order & learning all of the things that I didn't know, but Josh was always so willing to answer any questions I had & made sure that I knew exactly what needed to be done as well as the process that was ahead. He was great to work with & I would absolutely recommend him to anyone applying for a mortgage loan, especially if you are self-employed! Plus, I ended up getting a lower interest rate than I had anticipated, which was significantly lower than any of my neighbors who closed at the same time as me! Not only that, but I also didn't pay a dime in closing costs!!

  Josh Philips Mortgage and his team were the reason I was able to beat the market against all odds. The process with them was simple, straightforward, and clean. As a first time homebuyer, I felt like I was in the right hands with Josh. He helped me at every step of the way. I cannot thank him enough for what he's helped me with. Josh is quick to respond, and you will never find yourself waiting on him for any part of the process. We were able to close two weeks earlier than the original date because of Josh's efficiency. He knows all the best people in the area to work with including realtors and title experts. Please listen to me, if you are a residential home buyer in the Phoenix area like me that's trying to stand a chance in this current crazy market, Josh will help stack your odds!

  This was my first time buying a house and I went in with little knowledge about the process and Josh was awesome with everything. He helped me the whole time along the way answering all my questions and helped explain everything step by step. He's easy to get ahold of and takes the time to help you out with anything you need.We closed on time with no problems and the whole process was extremely easy. I highly recommend using Josh and price mortgage if you're thinking about purchasing a house, you wont regret it.

  Just purchased my first home with the help of Josh! I am most likely the worst type of buyer anybody could deal with, SCARED, ASKING THE SAME QUESTION 10 TIMES, ANXIOUS, ANNOYING but because of Josh’s help I was able to get past all my concerns and fears with buying a home! 100% recommend anybody who is going to buy a home to use him! I had talked to 3 different lenders who just infuriated me with ridiculous “closing cost” fees and not answering important questions. I also ended up saving THOUSANDS of dollars by using josh instead, and he made everything as smooth as humanly possible for me! THANK YOU! - He also knows good real estate agents !

  Words can’t begin to describe how amazing our experience with Josh has been! To start I would highly highly recommend you use Josh as your mortgage broker. From day one he was available any time we had questions or needed help with anything and was more than happy to explain everything that was going on in detail so that we were never lost or confused! During our process we hit some bumps in the road with things like appraisals and stuff and that’s when Josh really amazed us!!! Instead of just doing his job like most people would do he really went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for us!! You can really tell that he doesn’t just care about getting business but that he truly cares about everyone he works with and has their best interest in mind! Anytime we reached out to him text or email he always would respond within minutes and if We needed some clarification he was willing and ready to jump on a phone call at any notice! In addition to everything he did for us that we were able to see there was also a lot he did behind the curtains that helped so much which we didn’t realize until we had closed on our house!! Again I urge anyone who is looking for a mortgage broker to go with Josh and you will not be disappointed! He won’t only be a great broker but will also become a great friend as well!!! We will definitely be using him again in the future!

  Joshua Phillips and Price Mortgage was amazing and exceeded any expectation that I had. Joshua outlined the process and timeline of steps to come, stay in consistent contact with me to provide updates and answer any questions I had no matter if it was a weekday or weekend. He was patient and went above and beyond and even thought outside the box when it came to the wire to ensure the closing stated on track.   Josh and his team were great! We were first time home buyers so we were nervous about purchasing in the current market. Of course, we had tons of questions. Josh was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to all our messages. He was also kind and professional when addressing all of our concerns.
